Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system: SourceWhale

Purpose: Our ATS/CRM is:

  • used to collect, store, and manage candidate information, including CVs, contact details, and interview notes;
  • utilised to manage client information, including company details, job descriptions, and feedback on candidates.

Security measures: Our ATS/CRM is password-protected and accessible only to authorised personnel. It employs encryption and other security protocols to safeguard personal data.

Email and video communication: Microsoft 365

Purpose: We use Microsoft 365 for communication with candidates and clients regarding job opportunities, interviews, and other recruitment-related matters.

Security measures: We use encrypted email communication and implement security measures to protect against unauthorised access.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. We use them as follows:

  • Essential cookies: required for the website to function (including remembering your cookie preferences). These do not require consent.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited and for how long. These cookies (including _ga identifiers) are only set with your consent, collect information in an aggregated form, and do not directly identify you.
